Returns and refunds
What happens when something arrives wrong.
Because goods are sourced to order, returns are accepted for manufacturing defects and transit damage reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on imported stock. Damaged items are replaced or credited at our cost.
How to report a problem
- Photograph the item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send the photos with your order number to hello@shenzhenb2b-bd.com or via WhatsApp.
- We confirm the resolution — replacement on the next shipment, or a credit against your balance.
