Terms and conditions
The commercial terms that apply to every order.
A 60% advance is payable to confirm an order, with the remaining 40% due once the goods arrive in Bangladesh and before delivery. Orders cancelled after sourcing has begun are refunded net of any supplier costs already committed. Lead times are estimates and may move with customs clearance.
Orders
An order is confirmed once the advance payment is received and verified. Prices are quoted in BDT and exclude any government levy introduced after the order date.
Lead times
Lead times are estimates measured from arrival at our China warehouse, not from order placement. Customs inspection can extend them.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods and freight paid on the affected order.
